Module 3 & 4 will boost your confidence and impact as a coach with practical tools and techniques. You will master core competencies like active listening, powerful questioning, goal-setting, and accountability. You’ll also learn how to handle tough conversations with empathy and deliver constructive challenge with clarity. You will deepen your impact using Socratic questioning to spark reflection and insight, paired with the GROW model to structure coaching conversations and drive meaningful, goal-focused progress.
