Session 3 brings together the learning from the programme and provides a valuable opportunity to apply your leadership thinking in a real-world context. Through a peer review visit to another school, you’ll observe and evaluate practice, reflect on your own development, and consider your next steps as a subject leader. You will share experiences, insights, and observations with your peers. This collaborative session will help you refine your thinking, gather ideas from others, and build confidence in your leadership approach. By the end of Day 3, you’ll leave with a clearer vision of your leadership role, a set of practical next steps, and a support network of fellow subject leaders to continue your journey with.
