Session 2 focuses on the practical tools and approaches that subject leaders use to maintain high standards and foster continuous improvement. You’ll deepen your understanding of how leadership style influences outcomes and explore strategies to build a culture of trust, feedback, and professional growth. During this session, you will learn how to effectively monitor, evaluate, and improve the quality of teaching and learning in your subject area. We will look at a range of leadership styles and reflect on how your personal approach can influence your team. By the end of Day 2, you’ll have a toolkit of leadership practices to strengthen teaching and learning, promote professional dialogue, and lead change with confidence and clarity.
